I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

I have a Cerebral Vein Thrombosis.

I have had times where my mental health has got the better of me.

I sometimes need to hear positives, not for my own ego but for my own self-esteem as I often cannot see the reason why people think that and my own achievements!
